140 Cecil Street
TE Capital Partners through its TE Asia Opportunities Series and a fund managed by LaSalle Investment Management has completed the acquisition of 140 Cecil Street, a 17-storey office building also known as PIL Building within Singapore’s Central Business District. TE Capital Partners will be the operating partner for the Joint Venture.
TE Capital Partners’ second portfolio of multifamily residential assets in Central Tokyo. Acquired for approximately US$60 million, the portfolio comprises one asset in the Shinjuku ward, one asset in the Koto ward, and one asset in the Kita Ward. This portfolio consists of 175 units and will bring the total number of completed units of the group’s multi-family portfolio to 266 units which are all located in Tokyo’s 23 wards, featuring a good mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two bedrooms units.
